When is She Going to Shut Up About Jesus

It’s really quite simple.

She’s not.

If you’ve read any of my recent articles, you’ve probably noticed, I don’t really hold too much restraint when it comes to expressing my faith.

I am the same across all social media platforms. I love talking about the goodness of God because I think it’s fascinating. It’s so mind-boggling and awe-inspiring, I can’t help but talk about it.

My non-believing spouse hates it.

Although we’ve been making great strides towards him actually believing, he still gets very defensive at times. I am pretty sure he is starting to feel convicted and that is why he doesn’t like it.

Which, got me thinking, I’m sure he is not the only one that wishes I would shut up about Jesus.

I’m sure there are people in my real life and across social media platforms that get annoyed with me.

I’m sure I have gotten far more eye rolls than claps when I talk about my faith in Christ.

Knowing this made me sit for some time and evaluate why I can’t stop talking about Jesus.

If I’m going to have the audacity to continue posting, writing, talking, and sharing about Jesus knowing that some people really just want me to shut up, then…
