How to Love Yourself

Because, believe it or not, it doesn’t come easily

It’s ridiculous, I know.

How could we not love ourselves? I mean, we spend every waking moment with ourselves, we favor our ideas over anyone else’s any day, our photo albums are full of hundreds of selfies from the days we were “feeling ourselves.” We generally put our needs before others without overthinking it.
